This is the Privacy Policy (“Policy”) of Entitled Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office at Plot 13, Union Park, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400071 (“Company”).

This Policy applies to information collected through the Entitled Platform. Please read it carefully. By continuing to use the Services or access the Platform, You agree to this Policy.

Entitled Solutions Private Limited has developed the Entitled mobile application through which Users may apply for short-term loans and other products offered by regulated providers. Providers may authorise Entitled to collect, store, authenticate, verify and distribute information required to assess and service an application.

To use the Services, You may be required to register and provide information including Your name, email address, gender, date of birth, mobile number, password, photograph, device information, financial documents, salary slips, bank statements, PAN, bank-account details, credit-information data and information required for Know Your Customer compliance. You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of information shared with Us.

We may collect information from third parties including verification services, credit bureaus, publicly available sources, employers and organisations with whom You have or may have a financial relationship, where lawful.

We use personal information to provide Services, assess creditworthiness, manage Our relationship with You, perform internal analytics, comply with legal obligations and communicate important information about Your account, the Platform and the Services.

  • Detect and prevent fraud and verify information You provide.
  • Develop, test and improve products and features.
  • Deliver information, technical notices, security alerts and support.
  • Contact You about products and services through permitted channels.
  • Maintain records required under applicable law and partner agreements.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to recognise Your device and remember information about Your use of the Platform.

We do not sell, rent or lease Your personal information. We may share information under confidentiality obligations with financial service providers, banks, NBFCs, analytics partners and other service providers for the Services.

We may disclose information when required by law, government or statutory authority; to enforce Our terms; in connection with a corporate transaction; or to protect the rights, property or safety of Entitled, Users or others.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, while an account or outstanding obligation remains active, and as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Subject to applicable requirements, We will consider reasonable written deletion requests.

We take reasonable precautions and use industry-standard safeguards to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Safeguards may include secure areas, passwords, firewalls and encryption, and cloud services such as AWS or GCP.

You are responsible for activity under Your account and for keeping account credentials and personal information secure.

We may send product updates and newsletters where permitted, with an unsubscribe option. Service announcements required by law or necessary for the Services may not be optional. Customer-service communication may take place by email, WhatsApp or phone based on Your request and convenience.

You agree to indemnify Entitled and its affiliates, officers, agents, partners and employees against claims arising from information You submit, violation of this Policy or violation of another person’s rights.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from use or inability to use the Services or from unauthorised access to or alteration of personal information.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over related disputes.

The Company may modify this Policy from time to time. Users are responsible for reviewing the Policy as updated; continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the amended Policy.
