Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern the use of the website www.entitled.co.in of Entitled Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office at Plot 13, Union Park, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400071 (“Company”).

As a user (“User” or “You”) of the Platform, You understand that Entitled is a technology platform providing access between multiple Users in the form of consumers, financial institutions, data partners, partner lenders and other service providers, with a view to facilitate lending and borrowing activities further to arrangements between Users, employers, service providers, lenders and Entitled.

The term “Users” means any person using the Platform, including consumers, employers, financial institutions, regulated entities, data partners and other partners. Your use of the Platform implies that You have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions, read together with our Privacy Policy, govern Your usage of the Platform.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using any part of the Platform. If You do not agree to them, You may not access the Platform or use services provided by Us. These Terms & Conditions form a legal and binding agreement pursuant to the Information Technology Act, 2000.

The Website and App provide access to an online platform bringing together consumers, financial institutions, data partners and other partners willing to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Entitled is a facilitator providing the Platform for blue-collar workers in need of financial products through partnerships with employers, financial institutions, data partners and other partners.

Entitled is not an organisation registered with the Reserve Bank of India, does not hold a licence to engage in lending or borrowing, is not a Financial Institution under the Companies Act, 2013 or Banking Regulation Act, 1949, and is not a deposit-taking company, chit fund or investment-scheme provider.

Entitled facilitates access between financial-product providers and salaried employees whose employers are onboarded with Entitled. The final decision regarding any financial product is subject to the choice and assessment of the relevant Users and regulated providers.

For the provision of Services, Entitled may use and share User information with financial institutions and other parties as required, and may run credit checks directly or through outsourcing partners. Collection, storage, use and transfer of information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

  • Facilitating access to small-term loans and other financial products through partner banks, NBFCs and financial service providers.
  • Assisting customers in applying for financial products offered by regulated partners.
  • Contacting Users who have requested product information, subject to applicable communication and consent requirements.

The User declares that they are a natural or legal person who has attained the age of at least 18 years and is legally permitted to enter into a contract in India. If a User violates these Terms & Conditions, Entitled may terminate access, remove a profile or prohibit use of the Platform, with or without notice.

By using the Platform, You agree to the Terms & Conditions and disclaimers published on it. Entitled may change, add or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is the User’s responsibility to review them periodically; continued use following an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

To use certain services, You may be required to maintain an account and provide information including Your name, email address, contact number and details required by Entitled or its lending partners to assess eligibility.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your account, password and activity. You must provide true, correct, accurate and complete information and promptly notify Us of any change. The right to use the Platform is personal and is not transferable.

Entitled collects information in order to provide the Services. Entitled’s use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy available on this website.

Entitled grants You a limited, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for the Services. Unauthorised access, resale, commercial use, modification, framing, reverse engineering, data mining, duplication or exploitation of the Platform or its content is prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing.

You may use content delivered through the Service only for that Service and may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it.

Phishing occurs when users are induced to disclose sensitive personal data through fraudulent websites or email addresses. Entitled does not send emails requesting payment information, usernames or passwords.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder remains valid. Unsolicited information submitted through public areas or other means may be treated as non-confidential to the extent permitted by law.

You may not use the Platform for unlawful activity; to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; to harass, abuse, defame or discriminate; to submit false information; to upload malicious code; to collect personal information unlawfully; to spam, phish, crawl or scrape; or to interfere with security features. Entitled may terminate use of the Service for a prohibited use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entitled, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss of revenue or profits arising from use of the Platform.

Entitled is an information-technology platform. Users must conduct their own diligence. Entitled does not represent or warrant the products of financial service providers, banks or NBFCs, and each product is governed by the separate agreement between the provider and the customer.

The maximum liability of Entitled is limited to the amount actually paid by You to the Company for the relevant Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Entitled, its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents, licensors and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms & Conditions, breach of Your representations or infringement of another person’s rights.

You acknowledge that Entitled is a technology platform and is not engaged in granting loans or borrowing money. Use of any financial product is based on the relationship between the User and the third-party provider. Entitled does not guarantee the performance of a third-party provider or the accuracy of information supplied by Users.

Use of the Platform and these Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of the Platform.
